I have seen global supply chains from the inside.
As an operator, procurement leader, and decision-maker responsible for cost, risk, people, and outcomes across continents.
I have also seen how Africa and other emerging markets are too often positioned: as endpoints, not owners; as users, not architects.
That had to change.
