Information collected
The forms may collect contact details, company information, route and schedule details, passenger information, cargo descriptions, operational requirements and any documents voluntarily attached to a booking request.
Handling and access
Submitted information should be accessible only to authorised BESONG Group personnel and service providers who need the information to review or support the enquiry. Charter details may need to be shared with suitable aircraft operators, handlers or logistics partners when evaluating a mission.
Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as required to manage the request, meet legitimate business and legal needs, resolve disputes or maintain appropriate operational records.
Security
The included form handler validates submissions, limits automated abuse, saves records in a protected server folder and supports email delivery. The deployed website should use HTTPS, current server software, restricted file permissions and a protected administrative process for reviewing submissions.
Your choices
Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, passport scans or highly sensitive personal information through these forms unless BESONG Group has provided a specifically approved secure method. Requests about submitted information can be directed to besong@besonggroup.com.
Deployment review
